And so, we finally have a book.

All errors are, of course, my own.

Such as this one …

The wrongly placed endpapers pull on the text block when you open it.

And there is glue everywhere! 

I have ordered a crepe eraser so fingers crossed it can help with all the glue marks on the inside and outside of the cover.

I dipped into my stash of small cuts of Japanese paper to fix up this damage.

And gave the library pocket a wee bit of fancy. 

If I can get my old typewriter up and running, I’ll put a colophon on a card and tuck it in.

Reader, I made A Book.

Despite all of its flaws, it does look like a proper book on the shelf.

And these new friends will help me make more.

With fewer glue issues.
